Human Performance and Functional Testing Core

The Human Performance and Functional Testing Core (HPFTC) provides state-of-the-art accurate and reliable assessment of a wide range of human movements and acts as a catalyst for introducing these technologies into a broad range of translational research projects across the university. It also provides educational sessions to current and future users, as well as members of the general community to increase research collaborations and disseminate information. The HPFTC provides a functional testing environment for standardized clinical tests in different musculoskeletal pathologies and develops novel technology for monitoring physical activity using high-resolution high-bandwidth sensors.
